Shouldn't have renewed my lease!

If possible do not move here! First off the noise here is horrible!!! I work a graveyard shift so I have to sleep during the day and the children here are so loud. They are always playing right in front of the apartments and it echoes! The children play around the cars and make my alarm go off. And one day I actually found a child's hand print on my car. And the children constantly slam the doors making it echo and shake the building. I have told the office but they said that unless I have actually seen the children making the noise that they can't do anything about it. And the noise is always worse after the office closes.
The parking is horrible for people with two cars and you have to walk.
