Too expensive no incentives for those who renew

I've been a resident for 2 years. The grounds and the complex are by far the the best in Elk Grove. The rent is way too high, and there are NO incentives for those who wish to stay.
Another problem is don't get put near someone who smokes. The smoke filters thru the apartment vents and no one does anything about it. Also, be aware that the cars are getting broken into and there always seems to be kids, small kids running rampid thru the streets. Management is never nice and always short on the phone.
