Lived in these apartments for 2 years.

We had renewed our lease in September 07 because I was pregnant and it was just easier that way.

We were placed in a downstairs apartment right next to the play ground.

It was bad from the first day until the day we moved out.

The kids would peek and play right next to our window, knock there ball into our balcony, door bell ditch...

i even saw a mom and her daughter, who had to be 13 or younger, smoking in the playground late at night.

being downstairs you can smell all of the dogs and cats feces.

it's disgusting.

If you move in you should expect that someone may try to break into your car.

My roommate's car had a smashed window, but nothing was taken.

Or heating and air never circulated throughout the house, only in the family room.

The pool was always over crowded with unsupervised children....

a disaster waiting to happen! We moved out to a new apartment complex and there is such a significant difference, it's unbelievable! After being moved out of our apartment for a little over a month, we finally received our deposit letter back, they charged us a grip of money just for paint.

We were the 2nd renters to live inside that apartment which already needed new carpets, and we have to pay for that as well.

I feel like we were living in the projects off florin but paying way too much money for.

It was just too disapointinng having something like this in a beautiful town.

It's a disgrace! DON'T MOVE HERE unless you want to end up writing a bad review for them in the end as well.

I would give them 0 stars!

Here here! Just want to add that no matter how pristine the condition of your apartment is when you move out, they will make up things to charge you for and you will not get a whole lot of your deposit back. Honestly.
