i kept my apartment super clean so i can get my $400 deposit back, but in the end it wasnt worth it i was charged with a $260 bill.

Talk about rediculious charges I am very upset about this because i do not have the extra money to pay them.


This was my first place for me and my boyfriend and we did love staying there it was a nice apartment that we were in it just started to really suck when i got the bill

i totally agree. The charges are just ridiculous! And they will make sure they'll EAT your security deposit and will ask you for more. And by the way, they charge 50 bucks for being a day late even if you do not have records of being late in the past. Soo inconsiderate during an economy like this! Don't be fooled by the office staff, --in the end you will see their true impersonal color--bad customer service. It is soo bad that I am on my way to filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Find another apartment where YOU don't have to pay the unnecessary, like worthless newsletters!!!

AMEN! $50 is a drop in the bucket as compared to the their nickel and dime actions such as $80 for a "missing" microwave oven rack that I don't even know was in the apartment 9 months ago. To Ms. Anonymous who posted the review, why would you recommend this place after all the troubles you experienced? It must be a typo, right?
