Oak Grove Apartments

Love it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 3 responses   Yes, the pool has been out of commission for some time. Is that managements fault' No. It's a costly and time consuming process to fix the pool that someone vandalized. Yes, like any other apartment complex, the apartment manager is busy and not always in her office. However, when I have needed things over the nearly two years I've lived here I have found her in her office, made arrangements to meet with her and have had my calls returned promptly. And, I do notice that she and other apartment staff are around fairly often. This is the most quiet, clean and cozy little place I've lived. I like that my neighbors and apartment manager know my name and care about me and my happiness. I like that these apartments, while older and well lived in, are nicely maintained and homey. I like that I can trust and rely on my apartment manager. She always addresses my concerns and does everything she can fix the problem. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I love my home at Oak Grove apartments.
