Horrible Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I lived at Sienna Villas for two and a half years. They were very nice until we signed the lease then they began very rude to us. They had given us a gate opener with bad batteries. My husband took it up to them and ---- accused him of melting the battery! We had literally had it over night. The problems continued throughout the years. We had horrible nieghbors!!!! They were extremly rude and loud. The ladies in the office were helpful at first but it only got worse. They would just put notices on their doors and never followup. We had bad mildew in our bedroom window and they had to come and tear up the whole outside of the window. The workers would come at all hours and would be extremly loud. We called and asked what days and times the workers would be at our apartment they would say they did not know. We would be randomly woken up from loud banging on our bedroom windows. When we went to move out they gave us nothing but problems. The apartments were built too fast. The fixtures were sloppy put on. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
