Poor Mangement / Poorly Built Apartments From: lizzyq2002 Date posted: 2/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response I do not recommend this place at all! We cannot wait to move out. When we first moved in one of the bedroom windows would not shut all the way. I had to call management on a daily basis before they finally reacted which was almost two weeks later. The kitchen cabinets open on the opposite side and make them very difficult to use. We are on the second floor and the roof was leaking into the hallway closet. The apartment grounds are filthy. What maintenance'! Management staff is very rude and snooty! I went in to pay my rent and could not remember the amount due, office staff was bothered because I asked and made a rude remark. I didn't realize it required so much effort to look up this information on their pc. During the Christmas Holidays we received a notice on our apt. door regarding loud noise. The funny thing is that they were complaining of noise on a weekend when we were all out of town. The gate stays open it seems like it's always broken. We moved here because it was gated but what good is a gate if it stays open all hours. They hired stripper look alikes to manage the office and they think that because they shake their a** and smile this will make up for their lack of management skills. They're very pleasant when you're first moving in but afterwards they act like they don't know who you are and you are bothering them! And now they are trying to change them into condominium units! Please! You'd have to be out of your mind to purchase a piece of crap like this to make a permanent home. I have never felt safe here. There is a side gate off of the roadside which is never locked and anyone can come in and out. Our neighbors downstairs have a dog that craps all over the place and they never clean up after him. It's been reported to management and nothing gets done. Like I said before we can't wait to leave this place, Good Riddance!
