I have lived here for 9 month's, I am at home here. The property is very clean and quite. I want to thank the management. We really appreciate the home environment you give to the complex.

To anyone reading this, these reviews that mention "rules and regulations", or say "We are home", or even mention how great the apartment complex and the manager are, are all proprogandized reviews from the manager herself and her friends attempting to boost the ratings on this web site. This goes to show how dishonest she is. At least have guts enough to come on here and make a posting as the manager....or are your scared?? Its funny how someone that claims to be such a church going person, and hold GOD to the highest pedestal can act like the ----- herself. Goes to show how much the church and religion is constantly used as a cover-up to a persons true identity.

I'm not the manager, I am a tenant. I would tell you what apartment #, but after that statement, I would be afraid of you showing up there. So, come look me up at City Hall in Elk Grove, my name is Daniel Amundson. I happen to enjoy living here. Jean has been very helpful, if I call after hours I usually get a phone call back by noon the next day. I have even called after hours and had her answer. She is committed to making this place nice again. So, mock me all you want for defending her, I am not sucking up to anyone, I know her strictly on the professional level, sometimes I am bummed she actually cashes my rent checks...but I get over that. Take it easy on the pointing of fingers.
