No i would not reccomend living here. Im not going to name call or belittle anyone. I will say that the current management is very VERY hard to deal with. My experience with them is nothing but negative. I will not go into detail and nit pick every little detail.

You want a honest opinion on wether to move here or not and I say NOT. to put it mildly

I disagree, I believe that the new management has stepped in and had to clean up a huge mess. Imagine walking into a queen victorian home and seeing it was converted into a dump station. That is what happened at somerfield, the old management was horrible. When I lived there, they never returned my calls, it took weeks to get my stuff fixed, and they were never at the office so I could resolve things in person.

I disagree with your disagreed remark. When the new management came into office the only thing they needed to change was the negative persona from the last management, maintenance scheduling needed to be improved, and office organization. There was no reason for the new management to come into this community and act like an Iron Fist of Fury. There was no reason to disrespect tenants currently living here, and no reason to disrespect and treat their employees poorly. You may have not gotten the mistreatment like some off us, but we did not provoke this. The management did. I am glad that you may have a positive outlook on the management, but now listen to the tenants they have abused. We only live right next door to you. Oh and yes most of us have already talked to the property management and made our complaints against her, so its not like action hasn't taken place on our part. I personally don't feel I should have to work anything out with a manager that can't except there faults, and not apologize to me. Its the managements job to work things out with me NOT the other way around. I'm the victim NOT them!!! And for anyone considering living here, I would give it long thought before doing so until they are replaced.
