I was directed here by a neighbor, and having read the reviews, offer my input. This is a very nice place to live, discounting the current management. However, I am not worried about her in the least. I certainly won't be driven from my home by the likes of such a vile individual. The reasons are thus: those who abuse power are always, without fail, stripped of it eventually, and those who make more enemies than allies are on the LOSING side of history. Therefore, she won't be here too terribly long, considering the many persons who have been subjected to inexcusable treatment from her. I was here before she came, and will remain here after she is fired and moves on to another unfortunate community. And it's no shocker that the few defending her on this board are fond of degrading and infantile name-calling. Reason and common sense dictates that 'pleasing employers and following laws' does not require one to be hostile, condescending, abusive, dictatorial, caustic, and downright nasty. A 'scientist' should be first and foremost a logician, and the previous argument made by such is pure sophistry. All in all, I recommend this community after the persona non grata in dispute has been discharged, which is bound to happen, sooner or later.

I don't understand anyone writing these comments. #1-why are you still living her? #2-why isn't anyone going to the manager and resolving matters in a professionsl way? I read some of these and some of you aren't any professional yourselves! Thats putting it mildly. I grew up with the saying, if you don't have anything nice to say about anyone, keep your mouth shut! It's so childish of grown people like yourselves to slander anyone and can't work things out maturely. It's so sad and I feel bad for you.

apparently you don't know the difference between libel and slander, and don't know the definition of either one. Untruths that are circulated about a person IN PRINT are libelous, not slanderous. Next, take note of the word UNTRUTH. People have recounted their personal EXPERIENCES AND OPINIONS. That is not libel. A libelous statement would be: "the manager at Somerfield is a prostitute". Something that can be proven to be untrue and a falsehood created for the sole purpose of damaging a person's reputation. The person in question here damaged their OWN reputation. Also, do you know the definition of "professional", either? It is not incumbent upon the TENANTS to be PROFESSIONAL. I suggest you look up the meaning of that word also. And what part of some of us are not going to be driven from our homes by the manager do you not understand? Why ask why WE should leave?? WE are paying our rent and living by our community standard. It is not US who have created a hostile environment. WE will not be the ones forced out. And by the way, this manager has had many complaints against her with the home office. So if ANYONE is going to have to leave, it will be HER.

Its hard to believe she is still here!!! I have never met a ruder, more unprofessional person in my life!! What makes the home office think she is doing a "great" job when she is treating tenants like something on the bottom of her shoe?! Yes, it is a very nice place to live BUT the evil woman in the office needs to either learn some people skills and get some warmth to her icy personality or move on down the road. She is an awful person and not an asset to any business that involves dealing with people. What a risk they are taking by letting her deal as a representative of their company. Good luck with her!!!!!!!

If you dont like it here then move. I love it here and I'm not friends with the management. She has always been very nice to me. Nor have I ever see her act rude or unprofessional to another person. I also read the reviews before I moved in and stil moved here. I think yes she is strict but I like it. Our last apt was horrible. Apt was beautiful but managament was worthless. So this is a nice change. Move our get over it.
