Nice From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have never had any problems in my apartment. Only minor issues and maintenance were always there the same day or within the next 24 hours. The grounds are always well kept and are very beautiful. Management are all very nice, or at least that is always my experience with them. They are also always very helpful. One weird problem I am having is with bugs. Now it has taken me a while to get used to all the bugs and wildlife out here anyway because I am originally from the bay area but I am wondering how the hell do rolly polly's get into my apartment' It's weird and annoying. I agree with the comment below also, there are some big spiders but they always tend to come out around this time so that's understandable. All in all, Stonelake is a nice place to live. Pricey but that's every newer apartment home in Laguna-Elk Grove. The market is higher than Sacramento's. I guess it's worth it considering all the amenities and services, etc.
