From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   We've lived here two years and have noticed big changes. The complex was sold and brought new management in. They have all been very nice to us but they are not maintaining the apartments anylonger. We needed to have one blade of our bedroom blinds replaced. They were supposed to call before they came in but didn't. Whoever came to fix it played with all the living room/kitchen blinds but didn't do anything in the bedroom. They did use the toilet. I knew this because the seat was up and the water was yellow. Trash is building up around the grounds and there are broken bottles in the parking lot that has been there for weeks. The caliber of tenants has gone way down. We are not renewing our lease. I can't wait to move.
