Terrible, terrible, terrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We are currently in the middle of small claims with these people. Not only did they not give us our security deposit back, but they charged us an additional amount over the top of this and it ended up on our credit report. The office staff never returned any of our phone calls, although that wouldn't help much since the turnover is so high at that place. And, watch out for the paint job!!! They only use one layer of thin paint, so just about anything can rub off on it and then they charge you to repaint the entire place. My bed sheets rubbed off on it! Never seen that happen anywhere else. We also had an ant problem half the time we lived there, but I guess that's our fault for living next to a wildlife reserve. I guess some of these things wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't charged us over $15,000 in rent for the year. Deeeeeeeeefinitely not worth it. Find another place.
