I moved into a three bedroom apartment and am paying a rate comparable to that of a two bedroom. Duh, you do the math. Three for the price of two and we got a fireplace. The move in process was okay but they had so many proceedures to follow it was a bit much. But I can appreciate the fact that Emery Bay screens its applicants fairly and consistantly. The people in the office must be new and improved because they were awesome to me and my friends. I think I met just about everyone on staff, including some of the maintenance team. We were treated with respect and hospitality and I don't see service like that often. It must be the new manager and his high standards.
Fantastic parking facilities. I could do without the access cards and code punching. I am foregetful and if you don't have a pass you can't get in that place.
I think that some people will truly appreciate this community.
