I lived in Emery Bay for 2 years. I liked it there. No place is perfect, but for the price and location...I was happy. I think that it depends on which side of the complex you live in as buildings 6,7, and 8 are closest to the train tracks, which can get pretty loud at times. These arent luxury condos if that is what you are looking for.

******Good Points*******
A decent fitness room with a good selection of equipment. Excellent central location. Good shopping nearby. Friendly staff. Decent maintenance crew if something is wrong in units.

******Bad Points*********
Very thin walls and floors. Noise from train and other tenants (depending who lives around you), found urine in elevators on more than one occasion, car was broke in to 3 times over 2 years, downstairs security doors were broken a lot, and garage gates were broken a lot too.
