My husband and I lived in this "DUMSTER" they call Condos for three yrs ,from day one it was horribile the disgusting smell all around the hallways ,the Gangsters that wonders freely around there ,the lack of maintenace they never shows up when they say they will .THe only thing we had replaced was the fridge since we lived there it was form the 70s and needed to be .we asked on our first year for new closet doors they came in fiddle about with the darn things and left no new doors ,We kept the carpet so clean the walls so when we finally decide we had had ENOUGH of this gross disgusting hole we moved out ,we are happy in our nice new home in Fremont clean and no Gangsters ,well anyways they refuse to give us our deposit at all and even charged us 1200 fo we don`t know we took photos of the place then and before we left and everything aside form little decorative paint we had in one of the room was the way it was but yet ..
We urged anyone that wants to move in this place to think and please do not fall in to their little smiles and sellings because they all bunch of uneducated low living dirtbags in that office that don`t know A from B ..and if you are reading this and still living there PELASE get out NOWWWW...
they will not give you your deposit back because they so desperate .. this place is a section 8 and the ones who works in there are all in section 8 I heard ..

well Im off to my nice backyard to sit quietly and have a cup of tea and listen to the birds ..
