I lived at Emery Bay for 3 months before I had to move due to the conditions I was living under. First, I have to say the only good things were the fitness center and the secure parking. Now, on to the rest. The 24 security is a good idea if they would actually preform their duties 24 hours a day instead of 24 minutes a day. The maintenance staff is lazy, late,and do not respond in a timely manner. When they finally get around to doing their jobs they don't fix the problem the first second or thrid time. You have to keep calling them to fix the sameproblem over and over again. My apartment flooded due to a sink backing up and it took them 3 months to replace the carpet and the sink backing up 4 times before they did anything about it. The apartment is small and not worth what you pay for it. the wall are paper thin. They change the pass codes to the outside doors with out telling you the new pass codes. over all I would not suggest anyone living there. I had a really bad time there and I am quite sure you will too. The management and security problems along with all the other problems were enough that I could only live there 3 months before I had enough of it.
