I have lived here for over 3 years now and I have seen so much improvement!!! I know there were problems before but things are so much better now. The staff at the office is friendly and maintenance is polite and fast. I have read the comments made and although some are true, the majority of them are I think people that have a lot to complain about. I've lived in 2 different buildings and I have never had a problem with mice. My neighbors are great and friendly. I don't know what these other people are complaining about. everytime I go to the gym, everyone is nice too! I feel like some people are racist. What exactly do you mean by "not screening people properly'" I have looked at other complexes in the area and for the price, parking, gym and location, I don't htink there is any thing better in the area. Lake Merrit has some cute units but there is no parking and the apartments are older and Watergate has nice views but it's old as well. I am happy here and I think people are way too picky and give the impression that the apartment is bad when it's really an okay place to live. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
