I have moved into EmeryBay in 1995. I moved out last year and recently moved back in. The courtyard areas look great after the recent remodel. The elevator lobbys always smell like they have just been cleaned. The office staff is extraordinary. The Customer Service they offer sure beats all the other places in the area I visited before deciding to move back. I was in the office the other day waiting for my friend and everyone in the office acknowledged me and asked if I needed help and offered refreshments. The manager introduced himself to other peple also in the office which I thought was very courteous. I think that for those considering to live at EmeryBay or in the Emeryville area should visit the property and see for themselves what a great and convenient place it is. You have to see it to believe it!!!!
