I am a student currently living at EmeryBay and find it hilarious that people complain about the littliest things. Try living in Berkeley and see how terrible apartment living can be!The apartments are way overpriced and old! There is hardly ever any parking available and you can never get anyone to fix anything. Atleast at EmeryBay, it;s a decent place to live. What else can you ask for in an apartment' There?s always parking! The rents are alot cheaper too. I?ve always gotten a good and speedy response from maintenance and the staff seems nice. When i see them out on the grounds, they throw a smile my way. I?ve lived in the worst part of Berkeley and also the best apartments in San Jose and you know what' This is not your ultra luxurious apartments but they don?t advertise that as well. I recommend this place and I would?nt be saying that if it was as bad as the other reviews on this site. The location is great!! You can?t beat it.
