Emerybay is better than what people think! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I just moved out of Emerybay last month and I must say that my overall experience was good. The horrible pictures that were posted for this place happened a few a years ago and I don't think people should be showing those pictures anymore. If Emerybay really looked that way, then I would not have lived there for almost 2 years. Of course it has its problems, but other apartments will have theirs, some worse than others. For example, yes you sometimes can hear your neighbors, but what do people expect, this isn't a house! Emerybay is not perfect, but at least the staff is doing their best to improve the property, they just can't please everyone! Would I recommend this place again, yes! Would I move back to Emerybay, yes! Are people a bunch of complainers, yes!
