I moved into the Emery Bay about 8 months ago and have been itching ever since. This place is disgusting.

The hallways often smell of rancid garbage, and for the first 5 months that I lived here the outside smelled like a cat's ass. That was due to the rotting foliage that maintenance failed to take care of.

Hmmm what else. Oh yeah, and its TOTALLY OVERPRICED! I can't even believe that they expect people to pay these exhorbant amounts. I was paying the price because my school is a block away and I didn't know the area. No longer. I still go to school, but I would rather forfeit the convenience than live in this craphole.

So, I gave my notice recently and I'm hoping I get my security deposit back since they already stole my 250 holding deposit for the studio apartment I decided not to take.

Supporting the Emery Bay by living in it is like supporting Evil Corporate America. Don't do it! I suggest going on Craigslist and finding a nice little house, or living in another closeby apartment complex. It may be a little more expensive, but TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, its WORTH IT!

The only thing good about this place is the sauna and fitness room (which are both kind of crappy). Don't let the pool fool you, its a cesspool. They never clean it and I once saw people have sex in it.

The security guards have never been anything but nice to me and the leasing office people are also super nice. But, still, its not worth it. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
