It was all BAD!!! - I owe over $900 and for what'

I lived here for 7 months. The first few months were ok. It went from ok to horrible in 7 months. There was a tenant that lived in the apartment directly below me. SHe called the police on me about 6 out of 7 days a week to complain of loud noise coming from my apartment. She stated I played my radio too loud all day. If you are listening I said earlier that I was not home during the day and I had a walk-man size radio with no bass. How could that be loud' Futhermore, the management did nothing to derail this situation. I told management I could not take this type of abuse anymore and gave my 30 day notice. The day I turned in my notice. I was told the other tenant also turned in her 30 day notice. Needless to say she still resides there after she withdrew her 30 day notice once she found out I gave mine. Even though I gave a thirty day notice, I recieved a letter in the mail stating that I owe over $900 to them and this was after they took my $500 deposit!! I also had recently purchased a brand new Acura which was dented while parked in the garage. Also, you can literally smell their garbage all through the building and their carpet is extremely dirty throughout. What a waste! If you have any good sense, do not rent from EMERBAY CLUB & APARTMENTS!!! It's all bad
