I Have To Say Folks, Emery Bay Apts
Have Come A Long Way, Im Sure You Have Seen All Those Negative Pictures That Happend About Two Years Ago. Those Pictures Are Real. The Important Part Is The Property NOW!!! After New Manangement Change,I Would Say Emery Bay Is One Of The Best Places To Live In The EastBay. Its Very Clean, Staff Is Great,Service Technicians Are Very Qiuck.
The Only Improvement I Could Suggest Is The Gaurds Need To Focus On The Open Parking Areas Of The Property, There Has Been Cars Sitting Ther For Months.
Ohterwise, I Will Really Miss My Apt.
