I have been living here for about 1 year. I moved in on a pretty good special so I got into a 2 bedroom for $1500. Recently, they upgraded the hallways. It looks really nice inside, I like it better because it looks brighter. I have no complaints. The fitness center could use another precor machine & free weights. By the way, has anyone visited the new complex on 65th st' It looks really nice but it's pretty pricey and their is no parking for visitors. I don't know if their pricing has gone down but last time I inquired about their apartments it was like $1800 for a 1 bedroom that faces their pool area. Ummm.. not everyone makes that much money to afford that type of rent. I'm content here and I'm glad there are improvements in the buildings.
