I moved into EmeryBay 1 year ago and I have no complaints. Yeah, you can hear the train a little bit but its not a big deal unless you are standing outside on the street. But come on, all those people who complain about the train...did you NOT see it when you moved in' But, I love living here. Its very clean, they have landscapers,groundskeepers and service technicians that do a great job. The office staff is also very nice and friendly.
