EmeryBay is a very nice place to live, there is a 24 hour fitness center, 24 hour laundry rooms, a playground, a pool, 3 spas and many other great things. Whoever wrote the last comment must have been denied or a very bitter person who hates life and complains about every single little thing. I have lived at emerybay for 7 years now. They are under new management and the place has never looked better. The grounds are always clean, there are many different maintance crews and vendors who make sure it stays clean and they also have an on call maintance personell and whoever has any questions or anything bad to say about Emerybay should go down and take a look for themselves.

i just want to add, that it's not that bad of a place and there are some realy good people living there who never had any problems. mabey cause they are adults and know how to deal with situations when they arise.
