I am a professional that lives at Emerybay but I don't wear a suit. I read a comment about this complex and not seeing people with suits. I have managed to make a couple of friends in my building and they don't wear suits either. I don't think alot of people wear suits nowadays. But anyways, I thought that was a funny comment. I don't necessarily agree that the complex is rampant with Section 8 people. For the most part, the complex is pretty quiet, even on the weekends. There are some young students that live here because of that school down the street but it's not that bad. I have been living here for a couple of years and I have seen some of the improvement. The people in the office are generally nice adn friendly so I don't have a problem with them. There was some renovation done to my building and that was a big improvement. I wish the complex would fix the card system though. That seems to be a problem constantly. This is an okay place to live. I would rather live here than the other complexes. I haven't had too many problems just your normal ones I guess. There aren't too many choices in the area. I checked out the new complex on 65th and it's nice but despite the prices for rent being too expensive, it's way too close to the traintracks. It's not that bad.
