You would think if someone didn't like were they lived, that they would move right'' It is common sense. If you don't like living at EmeryBay then maybe you should move! I hear Tiburon is a really nice place to live. I hear you can stay in your apartment there all day if you want and be a loser with no life and nothing better to do except write bad things about EmeryBay and correct other people's grammar in their postings.. (LOL..that person cracks me up!!) Hell you could even work from home! Oh, and I also hear that the weather is great in the Sommer time..oops..typo..I mean,"summer" time.

management is so pathetic. look, they even gave themselves a 4 out of 5 green squares. so sad. hey mr/mrs management, shouldn't you be swindling some poor soul in to renting at this dump? get on that! i feel bad when i see old people who leased here. so sad. emery bay should be ashamed.

Most people don't know the law and don't want to deal with the hassle of taking an apartment management company to court. Fortunately, when it happens to me, I make sure justice prevails by going through the entire legal system if I have to. =)
