I want to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their honesty regarding this dump. My bathroom has also smelled like feces since the day I moved in (HELP Smelly Mel's Plumbing is right!) and the "water" that drips from the pipes and floods the garage damaged the paint on my car! Someone also broke into all of the washing machines and stole the money out of them! How ghetto!! To the person who said to "just move out," you can't. The management will charge you like $2000 . Duh. The card system never works and the gate facing the movie theatre has been open (broke) for months now. If you try to have the security buzz you in, they have a major attitude like they're doing you a favor. The one time I had a legitimate complaint, the management turned the situation around and blamed me!! Don't believe their smiles, cookies and lies. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Right on! And don't forget the pool that has been closed for about a month for "major repairs" despite the fact that you never see anyone working on it. Repairs here always take many, many months. Wonder what lies the leasing creeps are telling as they bring people past the pool? We're making improvements? It'll be ready tomorrow? Don't believe it.

dude it's the securities job. don't wory what they think, make em do it. thats what they are there for, but don't go into it with attitude cause it's likely that it's not there fault the card readers are down and they are probly just as anoid with it as you and every one else. that sound more like the owners were trying to save a couple bucks and got a crapy entry systom. you want the security on your side if you can get it.
