Noise is a serious problem at Emery Bay Club & Apartments, with security people having to constantly knock on people's door to keep it down. I had 2 bikes stolen, did a police report, and the management never sent the videotapes to the police so they couldn't do anything. The management never got back to me about that. Saying that they are not responsible eventough they left the garage door open for weeks! The thieves just walked in and out right in front of the security and security cameras! One of the management people said he saw the kids with the bikes, but didn't do anything about it. It is very difficult to talk to management and solving even the most simple matters can be a very painful experience...

Maybe the security guards saw their friends (or themselves!) in the video stealing your bike.
