Hazardous Waste!!!

What's in the ten large black barrels on the loading dock on 65th Street' A few have green non-hazardous labels, three or four have yellow hazardous waste labels from the Environmental Protection Agency, the rest are turned in such a way that you can't see the labels.
If you want to look for yourself go from 65th Street into the wide alleyway between the two sets of buildings and look to your right a few yards in from the street.
Why are large quantities of hazardous waste being disposed of in an apartment complex'
