I have to agree about the noise being a serious problem at Emery Bay Club & Apartments (I am not referring to the train noise, if you are going to live near a train, you are going to hear it). I swear I have an elephant who lives about me and loves to vacuum at 1:00 am (no exaggeration). I had security go up a few times, I even went myself once, now I have given up. I recall upon signing my lease that there was a 3 strikes your outta here clause. Frequently there is a lot of noise after 11:00 pm from other apartments or the courtyard.

This morning as I left the building I have to step over vomit that was at the front entrance!!! There is a constant stream of garbage or cigarette butts in the elevators/hall ways. The washers (in my building) are constantly broken and the dryers leave so much lint on my clothes that I now go to a public facility.

Overall I am disappointed with this apartment complex, looks good on the outside but on the inside..... They should take luxury out of their advertising. This is just an average, run of the mill complex.
