The apartment management just recently got many complaints about rats in the mail room and the elevators.
Now what did they do about it' Nothing! they just coevered up the holes in the walls and took down any warning signs left by tenants about the rat issues.

First of all, I live in Bldg. 8 and had the same concerns. I have contacted the office numerous times and have gotten answers. It's not like they are just ignoring the problem. I have seen and also talked to the exterminator so I know atleast something is being done. She was here alot during the last 2 weeks. I know there won't be a miracle over night solution but I do see the progress. Atleast the problem is not in our apartments.
