These places are a far cry from what they were 3 years ago, or even 2 years ago! Now with no deli, reduction of amenities (gym, pools, spa), lack of security, delapitation, vermin and elevators (why can't they clean the dang elevators'''' What is that smell''' put cameras in the elevators to see who is peeing in the elevators!) reduction of street parking, reduction of covered parking, this is fast becomming a problem property!
