*Outdated permits
*Car stolen from inside garage (in front of cameras)
*flooding kitchen sink from upper units
*worn out cabinets
*peeling carpet exposing nails
*broken elevators/ no alternate route for safety
*below market rate/ section 8 apartments in worse condition than others
