This apartment is really bad. The new management(Archstone)took over in spring and they are totally disorganized. They are very uncourteous. The 24x7 maintainence staff do not return calls even if there is a water emergency. Twice in the last 3 months, the water was shut off to our building without notice for a whole day. The mgmt's response was oh we did not know your building would be affected by shutting off water in the adjacent building dah!. I ended up working from home because I could not take a shower.

The hallways and elevators are not kept clean. The garbage chute very often overflows and you have to wait till monday for the clean up. Ya there is mold too as the apartment is 30 years old.

After the separation from Bridgewater, there is no swimming pool. The gym has half the equipment. There is no water fountain or paper in the gym or on the whole ground floor.

I completed agree with the above posting. I have been living in this complex since 1998 but ever since Archstone took over a few months ago the complex has become completely unsanitary with spit smudges on elevators floors and hallways remaining for weeks. Worse, the management is clueless, inapt and irresponsive. I am leaving!

I totally agree. Vomit on the floor of the elevator on weekends...very embarassing when bringing over guests. Security doors left wedged open. Hammering this morning outside my window at 7a Saturday!! They are replacing outside moldings "for the convenience of the community." Doing it now is not for our convenience!! And, we have to clear our balcony for 1.5 months during the holiday season "for our convenience. Satisfaction guaranteed", indeed.
