The walls, floors and ceilings are thin. I get to listen to the guy below me playing his xbox every night and nobody will do anything about it. The 'staff' in the leasing office is so hostile and condescending it's incredible. The size of my apartment is good and the location is good but the quality of the staff in the new management company and the way they responded to my requests for assistance has been a total turn off and I will be moving out as soon as I can.
