Living in Emeryville was kinda hard at first, but the amount of money I saved was incredible. Lived here for 7 months and never had any issues. Was nice to see that the management was doing new things to make the place look better. The only thing I would change was that when I lived there I got in trouble for having some friends over and someone complained. Every other time the people were nice and I really like the girl in the office! I'd live here again if I didn't buy a house!

Yea section 8 people are flat out nasty and the sad thing is I bet the few hard working, honest section 8ers out there are not the ones getting these nice apartments- it's the nasty lazy 8ers with baby mamas who work at these section 8 admin offices with connections that hook them up. What I don't understand about these mixed housing is that it's really a 1 way street. It was setup to benefit the "po- people", to improve their lot in life by integrating with hard working honest people, but what about giving us hard working honest living people an incentive to live with these guys and show them the light as well?
