I agree with all the bad reviews. The staff is inconsistent among themselves, don t return phone calls, violate the terms of the lease, and threaten to take you to court and evict you. It s a double standard and they have caused so much grief, stress, and confusion that they themselves cannot even explain. Emery Bay was OK, but I HATE Archstone!!!!
