I had the same problem when I lived there. The person above me was black so of course everyone was afraid to do anything. If a white complains about being woken up several times in the middle of the night every night then he must be a racist, not a rent paying tenant who would like to get the quiet place to live that he's paying for. Management at this place is incompetant.

Well I am a lesb of color and the guy above me is white and I still have the same problem. I can talk to a black brother and say hey man whats up you know I have to get up early can you just try to quiet down. This guy is a white tech college student who I heard from other people talking about them say they are rude and obnoxious and dont care. They think they living in a Alpha Beta college dorm like they can do what they want. Its like this place is turning into a college dorm of spoiled tech brats. So I still have the same problem the other way around. I just wanted to add I hate that be scaring my cat and he has to go in the closet to feel safe when that whole noise is going on. I dont want to come home and find my cat had a heartattack or something they feel like humans but just can't talk. So thats like my baby, he's part of the family.
