if you are going on a tour, look up as soon as you walk through the gate. that will answer any quetions you have. black mold and green mold everywhere on the celing. the floor colapsed because of mold in one apartment (upstairs) in november and they still didnt fix it yet.

we are fixing the water permeating problems. unfortunate constrcution defect. that area he mentions is not in a residential space.
