the manager of this place is a bully. The management company is even worse. ithey have lawyers ready to deal with tenants than want to move out because of the mold and construction here. the owner is a powerfull guy who could not give two cents about how bad your life becomes by living here. the manager will lie to your face .... i can't beleive he still has this job. multiple tenants have active lawsuits against this company. gunshots at night are scary. and the place is overpriced for what it is. but with all the factors that go into it, you should be paid to live here - if you don't mind a stressful life.
