Parking : For the price, covered would be expected. Very dirty lot, no real security (see construction)
Noise level: neighbors music vibrates art on our walls (near midnight on several occasions). Management excuses them because they are "performance artist".
Grounds: Hallways, courtyard well kept, swept, sprayed regularly.
Safety: There is none. Bikes will be stolen, motorcycles have been stolen, car shave been stolen. Random children (who I've never seen before) will knock on your doors selling candy.
Construction: Has not stopped since I moved in. Do not expect to sleep in. Do not expect the gate to ever really be closed. Workers keep the parking gate open the entire day. Construction is not planned to stop either, they are adding new units from the bakery next door and landscaping over the next several years, in addition to the building across the street is being converted into condos/lofts. Walls are very thin (According to the manager the walls are as old as the original building...).
Maintenance Service quality: They fixed our plumbing, but showed up a day early without warning.
Office staff: wishy washy. They mean well, but then again so did Hitler.
Overall: For the price (About $1.5 a square foot for the original building), hit or miss. A miss for us, but some people have been here for years. Don't expect the garden of eden hidden inside this old bakery.

I know exactly who you are talking about, and I was told that the extreme noise is accetable, yet I have a lease that says it is not, see ya bakery.
