I love my apartment. My neighbors across from me are cool but like any place you can't control who lives there. The neighbor behind me throws crazy drunk parties mostly on the weekends but his drunk guest were up against my property and being obnoxiously loud in the hallways. The apartment complex itself is nice, diverse with great staff. Everything was new when we moved in. Sometimes there is trash but on the most part I feel great when people come to visit. There is a pool, sauna, hot tub, club room and little gym. I usually do not have any issues. But it is close to San Pablo St. and Oakland which both have their share of problems. I would recommend this apartment. The walls are thick so I rarely hear my neighbors at all. I love the amenities. As for my noisy drunk neighbors, I think security just showed up and shut them the hell up! Now for some shut eye.
