Have lived at Bridgecourt for two years. In less than two years the rent for my one bedroom increased from $1,230 to almost $1,600! Security has always been a problem and management fails to address it. Neighboorhood kids are always jumping over the fence to use the pool and workout rooms. Forget about using any of the facilities. My car was broken into in the "secure" parking lot, and both my girlfriend and I have been threatened by strangers that have bypassed apartment security. The sound proofing is the worst I have ever experienced. You can hear your neighboors whisper. I don't watch tv anymore (at any level!) because it bugs the neighbor. Forget about Bridgecourt. Worst place I have ever lived.
