Good apartment, bad neighborhood.

I moved to BridgeCourt six months ago and I'm already looking for a new place.
The Good Stuff:
1. Big apartments.
2. Lots of amenities. Pool, hot tub, sauna.
3. Rent deals. I got a 2bdrm for $1545/mo.
4. Walking distance to Bay Street and Home Depot.
The Bad Stuff:
1. The fire alarm gets pulled by teenagers several times a month.
2. Screaming kids hang out in the courtyard all afternoon and evening.
3. Several cars have been stolen from the "secured" garage and apartments have been robbed.
4. Hot water is somewhat random.
5. The elevator is slow.
