I moved in here in 2001 and yeah, the place is in an URBAN neighborhood, so you may have some kids doing dumb stuff occasionally, but how is that the fault of the property? The apartments are a great size, the area is the most convenient I have EVER been in. You are close to all kinds of stores, a new movie theater, you name it. I had to post this because it upsets me to see these spoiled little babies move from home for the first time and they are the ones to get scared and cry on this website. They dont even have their facts straight. There have been some car break-ins, but I have not heard of cars being stolen. But even if there was a car stolen, that happens EVERYWHERE! I lived in some areas people consider somewhat elite, and those things happen there too in case you were oblivious to the REAL WORLD! Does anyone watch the news anymore? Pick up a newspaper? The good thing is that we actually get a notice letting us all know if something like a car break in happens. I have never been notified like that anywhere else I have lived. Most places just don't tell you, they hide the truth from you. Seriously...I had to be the one person to PRAISE the work the staff does here. You always get the complainers on here, never the satisfied people. Obviously if you have something up your --- you will want to rant and rave and try to hurt the place. But when you LIKE the place, you wouldnt normally even THINK about posting something NICE, right? All I can say is to not let someone else decide what is best for you. I have been here since 2001 and have NO plans to move any time soon. I mean, the area has SO MUCH construction coming in, this place will be getting better all the time. Use your own eyes and see the place for yourself instead of listening to these babies...
