Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
during the 6 months i lived there 2 people were shot and killed in the parking lot right outside. it's a very dangerous area with a casino/card club across the street and next to san pablo ave. with all it's prostitutes and drug dealers. also- one of our rent checks was stolen by their own employee!!! the management sucks. it's a nice apartment inside- but it's a big trade-off for your safety. we could only stand living there for 6 months and had to move out right away.
