good:
-decent looking apartments on outside.
-nice apartments on inside.
-management/maintenence/security can be very helpful at times.
-generally well kept.
-nice compared to most places in the oakland/berkeley/emeryville area.
bad:
-noise - lots of it facing 40th street and even parking lot in back.
-exercise equipment - 1 treadmill in operation and "weight equipment" is complete garbage. This wouldn't be such a horrible thing if they didn't advertise a "state of the art fitness center".
-parking is difficult if you have more than one car.
-noise - that needed mentioning again.
-safety/area. Ok, its not great. But then again, how many places in this 20 mile radius are safe? Its absolutely ridiculous to live so close to such a dump otherwise known as oakland.
